We have own factory locates at BOBAI, a city famous for weaving products and with excellent environment, nice people and mass manpower. Our factory has 6000 square meters, sharing for production workshop, warehouse, packaging workshop and dorm for workers: including 1200 m2 hardware department, 1300 m2 weaving department, 1500 m2 warehouse, 700 m2 dorm, 500 m2 office and 500 m2 drying plaza. Our professional drying house can handle up to 70 m3 CARGOS at one time, which help us to dry all natural material products efficiently to secure on time shipment and meet with the moisture degree required to avoid mold and pest alive.
The hardware workshop has 60 workers, operating totally 75 machines for welding and cutting, and another bundle of machines for mold
control. The weaving workshop has 500 workers with capacity of 100,000 pieces product per month. Under mutual cooperation among management, technicians and workers over the past 10 years, we have make continuous creations and accumulate plenty of experience for quality control and time management. We have now developed thousands of products with different materials.
